This is a great property, the neighborhood is so safe . The property was well maintained and very clean the workers were very on top of things . Justin the manager was great and communicated very well. David is a great worker always makes sure the tenants needs are met . Blue the service coordinator is patient ,sincere and has activities for the seniors throughout the week . Overall I think the staff and the property are great .

I work full-time at Google as an engineer executive via coding HTML/Java script. We are looking for a forever home for my father, that's near our home on Berryessa Rd. The staff is quite professional and polite which is rare .Not to mention it is extremely clean. The service coordinator was extremely helpful. This is on top of our list, will be in contact!

It is a good place to live for seniors, it has comfortable elevators to go up. I take care of my mother and when the emergency power has gone out, their elevators work. I can also say that it is a good area because they go out for walks and exercise next to the apartments. It is a place for seniors where they meet, do activities and have breakfast, very healthy food as well. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. The Manager, Justin, as well as the coordinator Blue, who has been working for a very short time, are very good people. They also attend to everyone's needs, including young David, the Clean stuff !

The new manager Justin very professional and polite. He makes me feel welcome and seen here in the building.. The new resource service coordinator blue is very helpful full of energy and loves his job. We love having him here we appreciate everything he does for us. You have done a wonderful job hiring dedicated staff to the property with seniors.

I have been working for an elderly man in the complex for 8 years. And just want to commend the staff here. David (the Maintanance guy) is super helpful. He is always going above and beyond for Mr. Pete and we truly appreciate him. The manager NICOLE also is such a sweet heart. Always so pleasant with a smile on her face. Making you feel so welcomed. I would feel so comfortable to have my parents here. Because I know these people truly care about the residents. Keep up the great work guys.

Place is dirty. The person thats suposed to clean doesnt. There 8s alway garbage on floor, garbage cans full. He even parks where big green garbage cans go. Not a parking space. Girl in office dont do anything. My friend lives there and its not right that she has to live like this.. Maintenence guy dont do his job and when asked he gets mad. She goes to office
